What is PE filler masterbatch?
PE Filler Masterbatches is compounded of high quality filler, polymer resin and other additive agents by twin-screw machine. PE Filler Masterbatch is a Polyethylene based master batch containing calcium carbonate. It is natural white with excellent dispersibility. It is widely used in the plastic industries (film blowing, blow molding, injection molding, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the character of final products.
Applications:
-
FILM BLOWING-LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE Film Packing
-
Shopping bag, Garbage bag and other plastic
film
-
Can be use in PE household goods, cable…
Processing
suggestions:
-
The processing temperature is set according to
resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 220 ± 400 C
What is PP filler masterbatch?
PP Filler Masterbatches is compounded of high quality filler,
polymer resin and other additive agents by twin-screw machine. PP Filler Master
batch is a Polypropylene based master batch containing calcium carbonate. It is
natural white with excellent dispersibility. It is widely used in the plastic
industries (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, yarn stretching,
non-woven bag, extrusion molding) to reduce the production cost and improve the
character of final products.
Applications:
-
PP Flat yarn extrusion.
-
PP strapping band.
-
PP injection molding, blow molding, extrusion
molding.
Processing suggestions
- The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 220 ± 400 C
What is color masterbatch?
Plastic does not start with color. The color you are looking to
make requires additives or pigments to get the desired color. Master batch is
the additive. It comes in Black, White and colors. These different color
additives are combined to create the desired color. VIETNAM HANOTECH can
combine these additives to create the colors that will give your product the
shelf appeal and functionality your product needs.
We have 100’s and 100’s of white and black master batch formulas. Some with
electrical conductivity or UV resistance. These formulas can include a high
pigment loading.
Color Masterbatch: A solid product (normally of plastic,
rubber, or elastomer) in which pigments or additives are optimally dispersed at
high concentration in a carrier material. The carrier material is compatible
with the main plastic in which it will be blended during molding, whereby the
final plastic product obtains the color or properties from the masterbatch.
What is White masterbatch?
VIETNAM HANOTECH manufacture a comprehensive range of
White Masterbatch products that are used extensively throughout the thermoplastics
industry. We have a selection of polyethylene and universal based standard
whites available from stock. We have a wide range of products available
including highly loaded titanium dioxide grades for maximum opacity. All our
standard white masterbatches meet international food contact, toy and waste
packaging regulations.
We provide white masterbatches based on polymer
systems such as ABS, PET, PE, PP, PS, and universal carriers.
For customized applications where specific shades of
white are required we offer a rapid color matching service creating
masterbatches to meet our customers' needs. These can be engineered to
encompass a wide range of properties such as antistatic, UV stability, mould
release, antibacterial etc.
Our white masterbatches are used successfully in the
following processes:
- Film and sheet extrusion
- Injection / blow moulding
- Pipe / profile extrusion
- Compounding
What is Black masterbatch?
With 10 years of carbon black compounding experience, we *are* the
black masterbatch specialists. VIETNAM HANOTECH produces a wide variety of
black masterbatches, concentrates, and compounds that provide superior UV
protection, FDA compliance, high-jetness, blue-tone, high loadings, low-tint
performance, and customizability.
Black masterbatches are high concentrations of carbon black,
typically 15 - 50% dispersed in thermoplastic resins which act as a carrier or
binder. Other black pigments, such as nigrosine dye and bone black can also be
used depending on the application and resin system. Masterbatches and
concentrates allow plastic processors to utilize carbon black and other dry
powders in a pre-dispersed pellet form, allowing easy incorporation in
extrusion and molding processes. These masterbatches are then incorporated into
various polymers to impart properties such as color, UV resistance, and
electrical or thermal conductivity.
Black Masterbatch can be produced in almost any thermoplastic
resin; however, the most common resins tend to be polyolefin, styrene’s,
and engineering resins such as polycarbonate and nylon. Typical markets which
require large quantities of Black Masterbatch are:
- Blown Film
- Extrusion Coating
- Pipe
- Agricultural (geomembrane and drip tape)
- Fiber and Multi-Filaments
- Automotive Compounds
- Wire and Cable
- FDA / Food Packaging
What is Additive masterbatch?
Machines may inevitably generate some wear in the plastic
processing, VIETNAM HANOTECH's Additive masterbatch series help to improve the
smoothness of machines during processing, then to improve productivity and
protect the machines indirectly. For functionality requirements, i.e.:
anti-blocking and slip agent effect, VIETNAM HANOTECH may provide you with
matching products for your plastic applications:
- PPA 8100 (PPA)
- HMB OB-1 (Optical brightener)
- UV 770, 783 (UV masterbatch)
- ATB 8400 (Anti Block)
- A0D 8200 (Anti-oxidant)
- AT-DES-01 (Desicant)
- Slip 8300 (Slip agent)
- Fragrance
