As is customary, in August 2024, Lin-Ha Corporation organized a 3-day trip for all employees to relax after a stressful work period and to strengthen bonds. This year’s destination was Quynh Beach, a place known for its pristine and serene beauty.
Throughout the trip, the organizers arranged new and exciting activities for the company members. The first afternoon they featured the "Golden Bell Challenge," aimed at testing participants' knowledge about the Company, including its history, scale, mission, and core values. After a tense but exciting competition, Team 1 emerged victorious.
While the first activity focused on intellect, the second activity—team-building—emphasized physical development and group dynamics. With five games that promoted teamwork and creativity, Team 1 once again claimed victory.
The final highlight of the event series was the Gala Night that everyone eagerly anticipated. After heartfelt speeches from the General Director, Mr. Vo Ngoc Thang, there were elaborate and highly creative performances from various departments within the Company. As the night concluded, all company members joined together in the lively atmosphere of the party, letting loose in the music.
